Co-production is a really important way that we put people at the centre of what we do, and make sure they have real voice and control. Co-production means staff and citizens working together in true partnership to design and deliver the support people need. Co-production is about involving people in the delivery of public services, helping to change their relationship with services from dependency to genuinely taking control.
