New Horizons Film

Check out our New Horizons film! The film was written, produced and stars people with learning disabilities from North Wales. It focuses on some basic messages about good support and was filmed during the Covid lockdown in 2020.

Declaration of Independence

Hear our Voice! A powerful film made by people with learning disabilities, supported by the North Wales Together Team. It shows what good support looks like for them and declares their right to independence, control over their lives, freedom from stigma and labels, and equal treatment.

Getting it Right for people with Learning Disabilities

Two E-learning modules co-produced by North Wales Together Team and people with learning disabilities. The first module is for direct support staff and the second for staff who may have regular contact with people with learning disabilities.

Both e-learning modules focus on how staff can ensure that they provide people with learning disabilities with the “right support” to live their life in a way that maximises their independence, quality of life and social inclusion.
