Y Grŵp Uchelgais - Eiriolaeth a Hawliau Creadigol
Yn 2022, cefnogodd Gogledd Cymru Gyda’n Gilydd a Cherddoriaeth a Ffilm TAPE, grŵp o bobl gydag anableddau dysgu i archwilio syniad pwerus:
Os oes gan wleidyddion bŵer, pam nad all pobl gydag anableddau dysgu gael eu plaid wleidyddol eu hunain?
Er nad oedd yn blaid wleidyddol wirioneddol, defnyddiodd y Grŵp Uchelgais y syniad hwn i archwilio hawliau, llais a chynhwysiant trwy’r celfyddydau creadigol.
Fe wnaethant ddylunio a chynhyrchu’r gyfres ganlynol o adnoddau i gael eu defnyddi gan y tîm hyfforddi yn cynnwys pobl gydag anableddau dysgu.
Project objectives:
- Deliver training based on lived experience
- Create volunteering and job opportunities for people with learning disabilities or autism
- Inspire professionals in social care and education through motivational speeches
- To increase knowledge and skills of the social care workforce, education staff and communities
Project Outcomes:
- Improve access to employment for people with a learning disability
- Improve citizen-led and family involvement
- Development of support approaches that meet people’s needs, helping them achieve their aspirations and promoting well-being.
- Developing skills and introducing new learning for people with a learning disability• People with a learning disability will report they have increase confidence enabling them to manage their own workload
These materials have been trialled. Maybe one day, their ambition of becoming a Community Interest Company set up and run by people with lived experience to deliver training could be realised?
